The felony charges were brought against her by her girlfriends parents who blamed Kaitlyn for their daighters homosexuality. The couple was daring when Kaitlyn was 17 and the parents waited until she was 18 so they could go the police. We live in a country where something like 75% of rapist are not charged and walk free, why in the fucking world is time and tax payer money being wasted on a young girl in a consensual relationship? The thought of a young girl&#8217;s future being taken away because she was charged as a felon but a homophobic government makes me want to scratch my eyeballs out.
